Short HDMI cable working? If yes, then it's an electrical issue, not LEs.
Electrical issue how? I stated that a fully working Raspberry Pi 3b+ was working right before unplugging it and works if I plug back in.
Do your devices work with s short HDMI cable. I think that’s what you were being asked. If they do then it’s probably down to some form of electrical issue caused by using 50ft HDMI cables with your Renegade devices.

Weaker output signal on Renegade. Digital doesn't mean lossless. HDMI 2.0 / 2.1 cables have better shielding for a reason.
If that is the case, and was afraid it would be the device not outputting enough of a signal, is there a way to change a setting to increase it some? I guess I'll have to check with the board developer and see too.

Nope. You could buy an HDMI repeater to increase signal strength.
