So I've encountered a super weird feature that I can't really understand the devs reasoning behind.
I recently bought a new TV, and for some reason LE won't get past the first line when booting, it just enters a bootloop.
This is with a completely clean new installation of LE.
- It's a Samsung 4k tv. My old tv is also 4k but LG.
- If I connect the hdmi cable to my old 4k tv LE boots fine.
- This is the weirdest part, if I connect the hdmi cable to the old 4k tv, boot LE, then disconnect the hdmi cable and put it in my new 4k tv, it works. But booting with the hdmi cable in my new tv equals bootloop.
What's the purpose of this feature? Can I disable it?
