I have Samsung tv and avr with rpi4 LE10.0.0 connected and CEC works great, but any version newer of LE, when the tv turns on, the avr does not. I have tried all settings in newer versions and even 11 doesn't work.

It might be worth your while posting logs. The general consensus is, no logs no problem.

I have an LG 32LD420 TV and an RPI4 4Gb
With libreelec 9, I had no problems
Then I switched to libreelec 10
The tv turned on automatically after 10 to 15 seconds.
I found the solution by installing version 10.0.2 then reinstalling over version 10.0.0 and there it worked
Since version 11.0.0 and 11.0.1, the TV turns on again after about ten seconds
Even trying different CEC settings (proposed in forums), it doesn't work
So since then, I've been using Kodi on a XIAOMI Mi TV Stick to connect to my raspberry and be able to turn off my TV without it turning on again.
Is my TV too old to work with today's CEC standards?

Sorry, I didn't say hello, and thank you for your answer, so I correct my mistake here
I take this opportunity to thank the contributors to the Libreelec project on Raspberry Pi, it has changed my life in my living room

Hi everybody,
I have the same problem with the Nexus version.
Before, I used libreelec v9.2, v10 and v11.0 upgrade of V10 and the CEC works great.
Yesterday, I do a clean installation of the latest version of libreelec V11.0.1 and the CEC don't work now.
We have not the same properties in the CEC adapter in libreelec V10 and the new CEC adapter.
I wait the update of libreelec because this features is very usefull.
