Rpi3b micro SDcard performance?

I have a Micro SD card, it says: HC I, Class 10, 16GB

Is this fine for LE on a Rpi3b without any problems?

it reads @ 19Mb/s and writes @ 11Mb/s

It should be depending what you want to put on it and the frequency of writing to it. I have used an 8GB micro SD card on occasions but my current Pi3s have a 128GB & a 64GB card.

I want to run Libreelec 11.0 on a Raspberry Pi3b, wathing 1080P videos

Just want to know if the speed is enough without any problems?

My videos will be on a USB Harddrive connected to the Rpi3

If videos are on the USB drive the speed of the SD card is rather irrelevant. Just use it.
