Record IPTV: possible?

    Hi all

    I'm running LE for some years, coming from mediaportal (with DVB-C tuner back then)

    In the meantime, I'm using IPTV through a few add-ons from the stations: this works fine.

    I also discovered, and use, IPTV Manager and that also fit's the bill.

    Now I was wondering if there are ways to record IPTV streams on my server (Proxmox VE with a few LXC's).

    I already use Jellyfin for my media and it's library function.

    My question: is it possible to schedule/record these IPTV streams without additional hardware?

    You are touching a taboo subject. The only tool-addon I know of on Kodi that can record is the tvheadend service, from here, start using your imagination.
