https://www.raspberrypi.com/news/get-back-…th-vnc-connect/ - does the VNC addon for LE provide similar access from anywhere features? I have used Remote.It with my other Pi installations, but that is obviously not installable with the minimum Kodi distribution used by LE. Thanks.

VNC is VNC .. and works with the legacy Pi codebase in LE 9.2.8. However VNC stopped working on RPi and all platforms using V4L2/GBM from LE10 onwards. It's an inherent problem with how zero-copy graphics pipelines work and a "fix" will be non-trivial to engineer; and we're not aware of anyone working on something.

If It helps, I for my self do not need any TV output. Only the GUI. So I could manage settings and configuration.

It makes no difference. VNC relies on copy/cloning the windowing system output. LE does not use a windowing system. So VNC would need an interface that taps directly into the zero-copy (designed not to copy/clone content) display pipeline.
