    Does netcat work for anyone? I tried connecting to Kodi JSON-RPC port but it results with error:

    Seems there is a bug with JSON-RPC port not being opened after reboot which requires toggling menu option "Services/Control/Allow remote control from applications on this system" each time

    Hi,

    I'm new to LibreELEC so I'm not sure if this is intended or bug. I'm using Hyperion to control the LED backlight. It uses the JSON-RPC to detect Kodi state. However, the Kodi is not listening on port 9090 even it is enabled via the Settings->Services>Control->Allow remote control from applications on this system. If I disable it and reenable, then Kodi starts to listen on the port 9090. However after I restart my NUC, it is again not listening.

    As some of you might know, that on the PI (3+4), the PLEX client and other addons do not work. PLEX continued to show three dots and nothing else, the NOAA Weather addon did not accept my Lat and Lon. I went back to 19.5 (Nexus) and everything cleared up. Just my $.02. IHTH
