Samba question

    I'm running LE 10.0.2 (Generic x86_64) and I'm trying to access the shares. I'm able to access them just fine on Windows. But I have an Ubuntu laptop that I use as well. When I try to access the shares via the Ubuntu file browser, I'm prompted for access credentials. Windows just let me access the files without a username or password.

    Any advice on how to access these anonymously? I'm not sure if there's a setting somewhere I'm missing.

    The samba server is configured to require credentials. The default user = libreelec, and pass = libreelec .. unless you change them in the LE settingsd add-on. So enter the details and store the credential in the local keychain and the GUI shouldn't prompt you again. Or change the user to match whatever credential you have previously stored for the same host (looks like user = kodi, pass = ???).
