RPi 4 - both HDMI outputs at the same time?

Sorry, that's not supported by kodi. You may be able to use a hdmi splitter to get the same result.

RE: HDMI + SPDIF dual audio

I am withdrawing my previous post.

After a long try, it was set up. On the first floor we have 4k HDR and 7.1, on the second floor about SPDIF 5.1. The resolution had to be set to 4096 * 2160 in the kodi. With this, HDR also works. I know this is the default setting at startup, but 4k is basically 3840 * 2160.

It already works for me. Make sure both displays have the same resolution, otherwise RPI will set itself to the smaller one.

Are you saying you get video out of both hdmi ports?

Or are you saying you can get video from one port and audio from the second hdmi port?

The original post read to me like they wanted video from both ports, which I don't believe can be done.

Video from one, and audio from the other can be done.

Both outputs of the HDMI splitter have 4k HDR picture and HBR audio, + SPDIF has 5.1 audio, or you can choose analog audio instead.
