Unable to access LibreElec settings menu

Hi there

I installed LibreELEC 10.0.1 several months ago. Recently I have not been able to access the LibreElec menu. I have disabled SSH. Any suggestions for updating that does not involve a complete reinstall?

However, accessing it from the settings and the addons menu were not working earlier.

Any thoughts about why there are intermittent issues?
