build branch 10.0 fail whith "[260/271] [FAIL] install ntfs-3g_ntfsprogs:target"

Hi everyone!

I meet the fellow fail:[260/271] [FAIL] install ntfs-3g_ntfsprogs:target.

I'm using branch 10.0 on container.

the messages are:[26[

I fount it is because download ntfs-3g fault.but don't know how to download it.as branch libreelec-10.0 download failures

This fixes only ntfs.

libretro-mame2016 (which I also mentioned in this other thread) still fails to download.
