RPi4 and adjust display refresh rate

    hi, on RPi4 with 4Gb of ram, i don't think Adjust display refresh rate is kicking in even though

    i have it as always on setting, cause my tv screen is not going through the motion of changing

    the refresh rate, screen going black for second or two, the same way i see it on my mi box s.?!

    So playing a movie dont seem so smooth to me.

    Please provide a full debug log.

    1. Enable debugging in Settings>System Settings>Logging
    2. Restart Kodi
    3. Replicate the problem
    4. Generate a log URL (do not post/upload logs to the forum)

    use "Settings > LibreELEC > System > Paste system logs" or run "pastekodi" over SSH, then post the URL link
