Turn on TV via HDMI-CEC after remotely reboot RPI4

    Hi everybody!

    I am using hdmi-cec between RPI4 and samsung TV. After rebooting the RPI via ssh, the TV turns on. How can I change this? I need to reboot the RPI remotely, but not turn on the TV.

    I am newbie in linux, really ask the community, if possible, to give detailed instructions.
