Amazon VOD: Dependencies to Python / pyautogui / mechanicalsoup could not be resolved

Hello,

currently, I am using LibreELEC 9.95.4 with KODI 19.1.0 Matrix. I had playback problems with Amazon VOD Plugin and tried to reinstall it, but I ad always dependency problems with script.module.mechanicalsoup.

This is what I did:

Step 1: Under Settings / System / Addons: Removed all orphaned dependecies

=> Still depency problems with mechanicalsoup

Step 2: Remove mechanicalsoup from file system and downloaded it manually from repo as zip and installed it

=> Problems with dependency to script.module.pyautogui

Step 3: Download script.module.pyautogui manually from repo as zip and try to install it

=> Problem with dependency to xbmc.python in Version 2.25.0

Please find attached my debug log, while I try to install from repository.sandmann79-py3.plugins-1.0.0-matrix repo.

Now I don't have any new ideas ;-/ Anybody knows what to do now?

I've been used the Amazon VOD add-on long time ago. The GUI was terrible, but it worked. I'm additionally using the KodiNerds repo, and that fixed open dependencies for Amazon VOD somehow.

I never said it's in there. The repo just had some necessary add-ons for Amazon VOD.

I have KodiNerds repo installed as well, but still habe the problems.

It's a mishmash of add-on dependencies. It can take a while until you find the right combination. Go through the list of all necessary add-ons. Replace them by other versions (KodiNerds / LibreELEC repo).

Hm... I have always the latest matrix compatible Repo:

repository.sandmann79-py3.plugins-1.0.0-matrix

repository.kodinerds-7.0.1.1

LibreELEC Repo 9.80.11

I am wondering, why python in Version 2.25.0 is requested, as KODI Matrix has python 3

Yeah, but you have multiple versions available for some add-ons. They can come from different repos. It's your task to find the right mix.

PS: Also try other versions of the Amazon add-on from the Sandmann79 repo. Sandmann79 isn't here, but maybe at the Kodi forum.
