Nevermind. I read the announcement about version 10 betas. The upgrade (9.2.7 to 10.0 general release) will have to wait until the addon repositories catch-up to the newer Python 3 coding.

Netflix works fine on LibreELEC 10 Beta. You have to download the repository ZIP file for Matrix and install from ZIP.

I also believe Amazon is working, but don't personally use it.
