Not working properly

Sorry, I couldn't think how to title this one.
I am sorry if I have changed a setting.

All worked fine when i last used it, (yesterday)I have left it on for a month or so, no problems, all working well apart from the odd user error.

Today I came home from work and nothing was showing when i switched to it.
No green light on pi, so I unplugged and plugged in.

Ocassionally we get a brief power out, so assumed that might be it.

All seemed to start as per normal.

But it isn't right. I have rebooted twice, then tried shutting down completely twice and leaving off a for a time to cool down.

Now:
I can't watch live tv.

There is nothing showing on the tv guide.

There are no recordings showing under tv.

I can not seem to access it via another browser on my pc. (as long as i am doing it right 192.etcetc:9981)

In favourites, I saved a bunch of links for catch up tv typething.
I can watch those no problems, so I have internet connection.

Surprisingly, I can watch the recordings on my phone over the network, so they are not deleted or anything.

Am I missing something obvious?
Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

I activated debugging.

Trying to access via ssh (which i am new to but have done it a couple of times), it wasn't accepting libreelec as pw nor was it accepting the pw i put in. So i deactivated the ssh pw in librelec settings. Now it states:
Permission denied (publickey,keyboard-interactive).

Am I doing something wrong? Remember i am a noob.

The above was on terminal in Mint.

Tried Putty. I tried to login as root which is correct, right?
I type in root and it says:

PuTTY Fatal Error

No supported Authentication methods available

(Server sent:publickey,keyboard-interactive)

OK,

It SSH was already enabled and that was on PuTTY.

Switched ssh off and on again, retried with putty again.

Same result.

I am using linux mint.
I tried it with terminal first but similar issue.

I am not quite sure what you mean.

So, at the linux terminal:

ssh root@libreelec 

gives me

ssh: Could not resolve hostname libreelec: Name or service not known

ssh root@<myIPaddress> 

Gives me

root@<myIPaddress>: Permission denied (publickey,keyboard-interactive).

When you say LE GUI.

I am thinking you mean when i am looking at Libreelec, going to settings/libreelec/services

Is that what you mean by LE GUI or have i got that wrong?

It is showing pvr manager not starting up.
Well, stating pvr managrer starting up 0%

So, to use pastekodi, i think i have read right, i have rebooted, it is stored in /storage/.kodi/temp/kodi.log
(according to hud)

I can't find storage just now, then i need to work out how to show hidden files from ssh I think.

Oh, I was trying to do it via ssh.
I think i found it in gui when looking for how to show hidden files.

Brilliant, easy when you know how right?
I was trying to work out how to re-install.
Where i was only allowed me to disable.

I disabled, then enabled it.....

All good again.
