h.264 video does not play

I'm on LE10 nightly, that I update daily, running off a Raspberry Pi 4 4 GB.

I am trying to play an H.264+AAC in an MP4 container, and it fails, showing the rotating wheel, no message)

Here is a pastekodi with debug on: http://ix.io/2UJp

If I reencode the audio track only, same refusal to play. If I reencode the video track, it plays. So the problem is with the video.

Any other H.264 videos I have play without any issue.

The same video plays without issue on my MacBook Pro using Kodi 19.

It's a 1mn cut from ffmpeg, tested as non working, like the original.

ffmpeg -i source.mp4 -ss 00:00:00 -to 00:01:00 -c:v copy -c:a copy testvid.mp4

BTW, I forgot to say that the video plays when I turn "Allow hardware acceleration with DRM PRIME" off.

Changing the "PRIME Render Method" has no effect.

Hello, is there a place where this bug is tracked?

I'd like to avoid annoying you here about it while it's being worked on.

I've looked at the Github issues, but things are pretty scarce over there.
