Disable HW Acceleration advancedsettings.xml

    Hey, LE team.

    I just want to say great work developing LibreELEC.

    I am really enjoying this latest official LE release for my RK3328 box.

    I was just wondering how to create an advancedsettings.xml file which would allow me to disable HW acceleration for MPEG2 files just so I don't have to go into settings every time I play one of those files.

    What would that file look like?

    There should be no reason to disable HW decoding for MPEG2 on RK3328 - I never heared of or had any sample which wasn't decoded correctly.

    This, however, doesn't mean that it doesn't exist :)

    Could you share one or more samples (the more, the better) which don't work for you? It will help to track down the issue.
