shutdown.sh script

I want to turn off hyperion lights if the system is turned off with the button or over shut down menu even if video is still playing.
So i have created shutdown.sh script with:

But the command does not work. If i execute the command from the script it turns off the lights.

Any idea?

Yes i did.
The script runs because if i put sleep 20 inside it waits.

Well in my git there is a code for arduino that shuts down the lights when for certain time there is no data input. I have opened a case on hyperion if someone can implement this piece of code into the ino file with fastled library. This way the leds would be turned off automatically.

But you need to edit the script first!!!!

and add your command to

ExecStopPre: ....

This is sym link to addons folder so it will get overwritten everytime the addon updates.

Now i did some code shifting in ino file. The one is based on fastled and supports all leds. It has timout implemented which can be defined.
With this one the lights, if they stay on turns of automatically after 60 sec.
