HDMI Output to Top Left of TV Screen

I have upgrades from OE 6.0.3 to LE 7.0.2 on my Intel Laptop with GPU: Mesa DRI Intel SandyBridge Mobile. After installation, when the monitor is set to HDMI1, Kodi only shows up in the upper left corner of my TV. I currently and running through a Onkyo AVR but I tried going straight to the TV and the same thing happens.

in Kodi setting --> System --> Display --> set "blank other displays"
Then set Display to HDMI1

Hello .Im new to Libre Elec
I have done that but when i select blank other displays and then change to hdmi1 the screen goes blank and we can see pointer somewhere in the blank screen.
Same issue with VGA port.
Please Help

Had the same problem which was solved here --> thread-6396.html

However, when using the version with emulators installed (LE8 "Extended" community build (Generic )), I don't know how to get the audio to HDMI1 in Retroplayer.
