Problems with wifi adapter TL-WN823N on startup

Hi!

Sometimes (but not always) my wifi adapter doesn't build up a connection on startup. It happens randomly, I can't reproduce the failure. When I then establish the connection manually, it works.

I'm running libreelec since 2 years now and the problem exists since the beginning.

My system is a ThinkCentre M73 - Tiny Form Factor with Intel Core i5-4570T Processor and 4 GB RAM, without built-in wifi

Wifi adapter: TL-WN823N

LibreELEC (official): 9.2.4
