usb creator for windows not installing

Can you describe the problem just in a little more details please?

I had the same problem and found out it was due to the german Umlaut in my Name / Profile Path C:\Users\Jörg\Download\...\img.gz

I moved it to a location without special chars and it worked.

yes, for me i got the same problem, with your way it works now, thanks

Today I fixed the problem and pushed it into the github.

I hope, that it can be used for one of the next versions.

I tried current 1.2 version in folder JÖRG_Ω-Jörg. And I could run and download image to this folder. Wondering why. Any idea?

Update: I think now I understand the problem which is with writing image to USB/SD?
