LibreELEC settings menu, in different skin?

    This is my first time trying LibreELEC. I changed skins from the default Estuary, to my personal favorite Arctic Zephyr 2, and noticed some of the items in the settings menu disappeared, such as the LibreELEC settings. Is it possible(easily done) to get that menu item in Arctic Zephyr 2 skin?

    The skin creator would need to add our icon and conditional shortcut the same way that it's done for the default Estuary skin (not hard to do) but the add-on can also be accessed from Add-ons > Program Add-ons on the Home screen menu.
