tinkerboard video compression artifact

Hi, After two last releases video quality have significantly dropped in my tinkerboard

Do you have any suggestions how to fix it or I should back to last beta which didn't have this issue?

I am having the same issue as you. When decoding 1080p movies (e.g. mp4), I am experiencing many artifacts, skips, and jumps.

I have the same issues after version 9.1.501 and it just got worse with every new release. I opened a bug report.

In my case it was for all sizes even much smaller than 1080, eventually I've downgraded to latest beta(8.90.015) as it was much better and it solve my issue
