I want to transfer my existing LibreELEC configuration from my Raspi 3 to Raspi 4. What is the best way to do it and dont loose the settings and look?

Hi,
Just make an backup in kodi self. You will navigate to libreelec folder and make an backup. After it is finished you need to copy that backup file to an usb stick. The name of the file is with numbers. Do not change this file name.
Step 2
You need to write the the image file of rpi4 to an new or empty sd card. When it is finished put the sd card in the rpi4. Then boot the pi. You will see that it is preparing the software on the pi.
When it is finished you need to follow some steps like language etc. Then put the usb stick in the pi and go to file Manager. You need to copy the backup file to the root of your pi. When finished then go to libreelec folder and choose for put backup back. Then choose the backup file and wait on that process.

LibreELEC has a built-in backup/restore tool. Create a backup, and restore it to the RPi4 setup.
