Will Odroid N2 support I2S amp Hat

Hi Guys,

Would there be support to use Justboom amphat with Odroid N2 , it would be a blessing for a lot of people if we could use the i2s bus.

I am / was looking to upgrade from pi3b to Odriod N2 if and only if this support would be available.

its ok if i have to use some jumper wire to connect between the two boards. i can manage that.

I only see the Odroid C2 at the download page, not the N2. I think an RPi 4B is the better choice, if you want to use that special Amp HAT.

I need hardware based decoding for netflix so i thought of odroid N2 as it has these fetures.

currently my rpi3b heats up ( thermo meter on screen ) while watch netflix with 720P resolution.

Also i was interested in a dual device such that it would work as andriod (pubg and other meda app) and kodi through different storage.

so is that that Odriod doesnt have i2s headers. if it has then i can just wire it ( create a dedicated middle pcb or flex cable ) seprately and use it.

OK, this is a very special wish list.

Then I would stay away from that Amp HAT, and use an HDMI audio extractor instead (maybe cheaper and easier).

There are rumors about a new version of the Nvidia Shield TV coming 2019.

Even the current version has more than enough power for Netflix, and runs Android and Kodi.
