Problem with NTP while using WIFI LibreELEC 9.1.002

After switching to LAN everything seems to work perfectly

Please provide details of what the problem is first and then:

Please provide a full debug log.

How to post a log (wiki)

1. Enable debugging in Settings>System Settings>Logging
2. Restart Kodi
3. Replicate the problem
4. Generate a log URL (do not post/upload logs to the forum)

use "Settings > LibreELEC > System > Paste system logs" or run "pastekodi" over SSH, then post the URL link

Maybe it is the same issue as here: Upgrade LE 8.2.5 to 9.0.0: Wifi connected but no NTP link => SSL Certificate error !

Problem is very clear with a solutions.
