Tvheadend with php iptv mux

Hi, I have iptv php link. I need add MUX with php instance, can it work?

I can't add core playlist m3u8 because redirect random hostname.

Create M3U8 playlist with your channels and import this list to tvheadend?

Many host name more 100+ or 1000+ but it 1 link php instance.
