Boot Loop.

Device: RPI 3B+

OpenELEC version: 9.0.1

Hello I have use OpenELEC for around a week and after installing few addons couple of days ago I can't boot to my initial configuration (I get booted to recovery mode).

After Inspecting logs I have noticed that:

What exactly happened here and how could I rectify this issue, what addon should be reinstalled how can I do that using SSH access?
