Slow with new build LibreELEC-Generic.x86_64-8.95.003

I installed new build LibreELEC-Generic.x86_64-8.95.003 but I noticed it's very slow during installation and when finished the kodi is very slow.

The processor 100% usage! what could be the problem here?

That is certainly not normal. Is it a single processor or all of them?

Is this a clean install or with additional addons?

What is the hardware used?

Please prove the output of dmesg | paste

and

Please provide a full debug log.

How to post a log (wiki)

1. Enable debugging in Settings>System Settings>Logging
2. Restart Kodi
3. Replicate the problem
4. Generate a log URL (do not post/upload logs to the forum)

use "Settings > LibreELEC > System > Paste system logs" or run "pastekodi" over SSH, then post the URL link
