v8.95.[2|3]: no audio, PCM 48kHz, MPEG2 video, ODROID C2 HDMI

    After an upgrade to the latest two betas versions the audio of the mpeg 2 video didn't play, it was fine in with v8.2.5.

    TV and AVR are receiving PCM audio with 28kHz.

    Muting was off!

    Audio settings in expert mode look fine.

    The default setting button solved the problem, audio device, channels etc. didn't change.
