Vu+ works on enigma2 based boxes. I used tvheadend with an adapter.

stuCONNERS thanks for info, i,'m aware enigma based boxes have its own addon for kodi
some skybox also support sharing its ts stream over network by using live.ts
but unfortunately it could not produces m3u files like other sat>ip boxes, perhaps someone has created addon for kodi that i dont know -
