[RPi2] No volume controls after installing on different TV

    The volume controls on my RPi2 are ghosted, and the remote's Vol-up/down no longer works. The only difference is, I was using analog audio from the Pi before, now I am using HDMI audio only. In audio settings, I have tried both HDMI and HDMI+Analog. No difference. Why should that make any difference? CEC is disabled btw, as the TV doesn't support it.

    Try temporarily renaming the guisettings.xml file in the userdata folder, and reboot the RPi so Kodi can create a fresh guisettings setup. See if that changes anything.
