Please try this build, update only from 7.0.2.006!
2016-08-21-4K-RTLWiFiDoesn't work for me I'm afraid

-
2nd try: 2016-08-21-4K-RTLWiFi-2Still nothing. Sorry.

2nd try: 2016-08-21-4K-RTLWiFi-2Hi kszaq,
Did you try enabling CONFIG_RFKILL_GPIO in kernel config, and adding OBDA8723 to the rfkill-gpio acpi list, as specified here ?
-
if we want to go back to official 006 after these test builds do we just put the zip/tar in the upgrade folder?
-
if we want to go back to official 006 after these test builds do we just put the zip/tar in the upgrade folder?Yes, simple upgrade in this case works. But I would prefer if you told me whether RAM management on devel version is any better or not.
-
will try the second devel release.
EDIT
Bluetooth still not working, however RAM is better. With 006 after a few minutes i was able to use up about 49%, with the second devel I'm currently at 34% which is much better. I'm trying to keep my test conistant as possible. So w/e changes you made you are for sure on the right track.

Did you try enabling CONFIG_RFKILL_GPIO in kernel config, and adding OBDA8723 to the rfkill-gpio acpi list, as specified here ?Amlogic platform uses a different RFKILL driver and there's no need to enable this.
Can you try this with both dev versions (first one and second one if possible):
-
For the second devel release:

Anything of interest in those logs kszaq?
-
They unfortunately don't give me any idea on how to make it work.
-
Kszaq, what BT firmware are you using for the driver?
I can see on lwfinger's github a new firmware uploaded a month ago that supposedly is working better for some users. Can you try making a test build with this firmware, please?

Anything else we can get you?
What usb BT dongle would you recommand instead?I would be nice to use headphones during the night

Please try this build with Bluetooth firmware updated from MXIII's Android image: LibreELEC-S905.aarch64-7.0-devel-20160830160706-r23311-g51fe9ae.img.gz
