I switche to LE a while ago and it runs perfect. Now i changed to a 16 GB SD Card. I made an .img with diskimager an wrote it on the bigger card, and like i did before on OE i tried to use
But nothing happend after te reboot, no resize...
Can somebody please help me, how can i resize the partition to use 16 GB instead of 8 GB.

Use gparted. Or create a backup, install LE fresh and restore the backup.
If you take a look at the script: LibreELEC.tv/fs-resize at master · LibreELEC/LibreELEC.tv · GitHub
and look at line 27 - 33.....that means, if the .kodi or the .config or the .cache folder exists, then "Resizing is not permitted".
So you should backup those folders first. Or do it the way Grimson told you.

Create a bootable USB drive with Ubuntu, Gparted is in there and you can run Ubuntu "live".
