1. u-boot.bin.sd.bin can only be operated if the internal boot medium (emmc / nand) does not contain a bootloader .. is empty
2. extract this with 7-zip

either gxm_q201_3g_gbit_phy.dtb from me, or gxm_q200_3g.dtb from LibreElec. With gxm_q201_3g.dtb from LE you will not have a network connection .. or only 100mbit.
