Updating Api key on Artwork Downloader Addon ?

Hi all,

As some of you will/may know the Artwork Downloader addon doesn't work anymore and the fanart/tmdb api keys need updating.

From what I've read the .py files need editing with notepad++ to update the api keys.

I've browsed to Libreelec via windows and Kodi but I can't locate the files, so i'm guessing they're hidden.

Is there a way I can access these files, edit them in notepad++ and re insert them ?

Yeah, it was more to do with being able to see the hidden folders and accessing them via a win 10 machine, WinSCP sorted that, so all good and working again

I've used Kodi in one form or another since the XBMC days on the OG Xbox, but I've been out of the loop for a good few years, and things have moved on, just a touch, since then

Have a look at this vid, worth watching till the end as it explains how to use WinSCP too, which will enable you to edit the fanart.tv api.

I don't quite understand his/her post ?....stealing of api keys ?
