I recently start using LibreELEC on wetek play2 through SDcard, its first ever attempt, My aim to setup satellite reception, how to proceed further to install and setup Tv headend ?

VDR but on Play 2 it works not so stable sometimes so Tvheadend is the best choice on Libreelec for dvb channels support

As i learnt till now on Tvheadend with Libreelec configure, scan services etc only through computer

You can also convert and send / import enigma2 channel list to tvheadend backend by e22tvhconverter. Very fast and simple. After this configure tvh, force scan for all muxes and everything should be ok

How to scan any new sat, which is not in mux ? How to configure the LNB setting ? There is no configuration to tell tvheadend for C-band,
