I've read the older post with regard to this boot loop issue. I have the exact same system. With the help of that post I edited the config file with radeon.dpm=0 on my usb drive and got the installer to work. The installed LibreElec still loops. Used the usb drive to get to a "live" LibreElec so as to edit the installed config file. I can see the file in "system", but I don't know how to edit it. Clicking on it doesn't do anything. Pulled the SSD and side loaded it on my main machine, but the files are "read-only" . Any suggestions? I see others are able to edit these files so I must be missing something. Appreciate the input, RSHanscom

From the live USB mount the first partition on the SSD and find extlinux.conf. There are two; one in the root folder, or if the box is EFI booting you need to edit the second in the EFI subfolder. Just add the same radeon.dpm=0 to boot params.
