the issue
On my boxes (S912, S905W/X) I do not have any noticable stutter playing this video.
I playbacked S912_Subtitle_Stutter_Test_Clip you uploaded with odroid c2, no stutter noticed and verry smooth.

OK, this is a sample for horizontal pan. If this one plays OK, it will play OK (most) at 23.976Hz files.
The stutter is more frequently seen on vertical panning scenes on 50Hz h265 material.
BTW, your sample is "strange", it plays "jerky" on my PC and smooth on cheap android boxes

Hello.
I would like to ask, was this patch included in LE 8.2.5 or do I need to apply it manually for this version?
I have chcecked the 8.2.5 changelog, I see there some changes regarding ODROID C2, but I cannot see there the updates of GPU drivers so now I do know now.
Thank you

Only on CoreElec nightlies is the solution/patch included, on all rest you have to solve it manually via "advancedsettings.xml".
-
Thanks a lot, modification of the advancedsettings.xml solved the problem.

Does anyone know how to update Wrxtasy’s build to Leia?
