As you may have noticed, we only create & compile builds for a select number of devices. The Odroid C1+ is not one of them. Perhaps somewhere in the Kodi community, people are building their own LibreELEC application for just that device.

You could try @kszaq's build for S805 devices (thread-200.htmll).

wrxtasy supports the C1 too although it's openELEC I know he has been working on a LE build too:

Thanks for the great news for this almost forgotten C1+.
I've moved from OpenELEC to Dietpi build for a long time. Now I'll try this new LibreELEC.

I just tried it and it works VERY well.
My old Odroid C1 has never worked so well.
