Yes, that's exactly how I set it up, thanks for putting it up again. But, I'm still not able to enable suspend mode.
Not sure if this is relevant but upon start up, I get a failed to start "load kernel modules" in red error.
I was getting that with the prior build also but everything seemed to work, everything does seem to work with this new build also except for suspend.

Another thing, to update to your latest build, I just dropped the tar file in Update and rebooted. Was I supposed to start from scratch?

Well. I uploaded tar file for upgrade. I will have a look and try what I can do.

hello sir, i believe the /usr/share is mounted a ro, I've tried several times to remount but have unsuccessful. any help on how i can remount that as a RW filesystem?

You can manually replace AML-M8AUDIO.conf file by inserting usb/sd card with OpenPHT installed on Linux PC or using Linux Live USB (LinuxMint)

Not right now. However, the lead developer for our current RK work is also the lead developer for OpenPHT so I'd expect it to get some love at some point in the future. No schedule though

cheers, tried that. now everything gets output as PCM but there is no sound. even files that played normally are now not playing any sound.
additionally I have a linux VM and i tried to plug in the USB but there are no folders for the /usr/share/ i believe these are loaded from the system or kernel.img? not sure how i can edit those
