    Apt-get will not work on LibreELEC as it is no Debian/Ubuntu distro. LibreELEC uses a plain vanilla Linux setup, with only a couple of bells and whistles and no package manager. Every enhancement will need to be done via Kodi add-ons and/or Docker solutions.

    As far as I know, Aria2 is not among them.
