Hi.
Is it possible to update libreelec addon Hyperion.ng to the latest build?
TNX in advance.
There is no Hyperion-NG add-on in our repo so there is nothing to update to the latest build. From past experience if we leap on things too early we get loads of whiny sh1ts posting and complaining about bugs, and we have better things to do with our time. Once Hyperion NG progresses beyond "pre alpha" we can revisit the topic.
Ok then what about GitHub - hyperion-project/hyperion: Hyperion is an open source ambient light software. Feel free to join us and contribute new features! Webpage: https://hyperion-project.org/ to the latest (i assume this one libreelec is using)? I am asking this because in latest releases blinking has started and i would like to narrow it down.
I have a look at updateing it to latest version, the few updates are rather small but some changes that looks like good bugfixes.
Nice, looking forward for it
Hello, i've upgraded to 8.2 and this addon to .106 (latest), running on a Wtek Hub (AML) and Hyperion is not working fine. Just 1-2 seconds then all leds are turned off (with the same working config i've used be4 upgrading)
Any hint?
did it worked at 8.0 ?
Can you try rate 115200 instead of 100000.

Yes, with 8.0 worked well.

Tryed but with the same results: leds worked for 1-2 seconds then all are turned off
I'm using the Lightberry (arduino with adalightAPA102)
LEDS are working well with the Hyperion mobile App, so probably the problem could be the grabber (amlgrabber). Any hint on this, please?
Did you never had the problems most of the other Amlogic Users had?
Issues with h265 resolved with this command added to autostart.sh
echo 1 | tee /sys/module/amvdec_h265/parameters/double_write_mode
as stated here:
hiperion + Wetek Hub (amlogic)
But the problem is present wiht h264 and h265
I've tried also removing that command from autostart.sh but nothing change: LEDS working for 1-2 second and then are turned off
