Bought the H96PRO+, do I need to fix it with u-boot and if so how do I do that?
And forgot, which dtb file do I need to use for this box?

I have a 905x box running 8.0.2d, it has 2 Gigs RAM, but only reports 1Gig (well a little less). So which of the 3 2Gig device trees should I use? Do I need to rename the file in /storage/.update to dtb.img before I reboot or leave it as is & the update process will do the right thing?

Coupevt Thank you for providing logs. Can you try two things:
1. Play file locally (from USB drive).
2. Revert to 8.0.2a.
Seems it was only one series with that problem, deleted it and now seems fine.

No log and sample = no issue.

The new override has priority over any other values. Bind mounting will still work.
How do I revert that?
Tried reverting back to b version even re-installed to get rid of the serious lag issues i'm having.
My disp_cap is not empty and I wan't to use that as first priority as before and intended.

Build 8.0.2c did something it can't undo by going back to 8.0.2b.
When watching shows with frame rate@25, it's like it's skipping a lot when people are moving etc.
Will test some more with other refresh rates.

Same goes for 24p, show info/codec info is @ 0 in both drop and skip.
Forgot my box is a Venz 10 Pro s905x.

I'm not that familiar with the amlogic story, but I would guess, if you don't provide debug logs, the issue will never be fixed.A "me too" doesn't help in any way.
Enable debug logging, restart your device, reproduce the issue as fast as you can and then provide the logfile on Pastebin.com - #1 paste tool since 2002!
Explain which settings are set and probably provide screenshots. Also, if possible, provide snippets of the files which you use for testing or download testfiles from here:
Tell us, which sample you used and provide the logfile with the playback of that file.
We can't help if the only info you provide is a "me too"

For people getting stutters, do you have any devices plugged into the USB ports? I'm wondering if maybe it could be a power issue? I've got a DVB-T device and have had a SSD in a caddy plugged in but I've got that unplugged now to see if that helps.Nothing in the USB ports and it runs on the internal flash.

My S905X also stutters @ 24p sometimes but only since I upgraded to version 8
