I looked at kingofsat.net. There are no transponders of my network.
Look at flysat.com.
I added and scanned another transponder of my network.

Another test version for internal dvb driver.
Install or upgrade to LE 8.90.2. For dtb use gxm_kvim2.zip.
Install addon driver.dvb.crazycat-9.0.101-kvim2.zip.

sch61 rashii DVB addons cannot be installed on LibreELEC 8.2.
How to resolve problem?

Use dmesg > output.log and attach this file getting it in the directory where you are (with winscp for example). You can also use only dmesg command and paste all the lines in a new file.
