You need a PC with ext3/ext4 support.

- Boot up Your PC with Linux Live CD/USB, mount the sd-card and rescue whatever is possible.

You can use free tools like "MiniTool Partition Wizard Free" to cleanup Your SD card and run a surface test on it.
That should show existing errors if there are some.
Or just try another spare SD card just to exclude that one...
