Not suitable for my provider's streams. That's why I have to use PVR Simple with the pause function.
Uncheck "scan after creation" and set "Service ID" to 1
You will get all services ready to be mapped

Ok managed to do it..thanks..Don't think is working ok tough with my setup...pvr.simple works better despite harder to organize channels..had few errors with tvheadened like "no free adaptor" and "no signal" but not on all channels...also noticed that there is no working wheel before the start of a stream..the rest works fine.anyway removed it now and back to simple client.
I think tvheadened is more for those who use tuners..
Create 'IPTV auto network', enter your m3u URL as the source of muxes for this network.
Like file:///location/of/file.m3u
it must be only one line!
Yeah that's what I always done...but after that it still needs scanning for services?and only channels showing in services show up
What about to try tvheadend. There is support for ip tv networks, you can add multiple networks. There is support for timeshift.
Would be a good choice if there was an option to add playlist without scanning for services...scanning is a pain
Not sure what you mean..Is it not working for you?
LE9.0 builds come up with the pause right from the box.
Just checked it out and it's working pretty damn good, chaching to all available RAM.
But lots of other bugs scare me away)
Might need few space for hd streams tough..not sure for how long it may pause..
If you want to try the multi version here is the repo..they are ready to install depending of your hardware pvr.simple.multi
Can you share your build? I'm interested in "the pause button" function.
Don't think the pause button function is working with all streams..perhaps would have to cache the stream to hdd or something similar..never worked for me anyway even with the PVR.iptv simple patch mentioned above..
Try to boot with Gparted and have a look if you can access mmc..
Hi,
how i can get a pvr client for multiple source add? or any other way for add multiple sources of channels?
thx!
It depends what hardware you r using...there is a different built for each OS...
I did read them, now what? If there is a secret to making it work like it used to, maybe you could let us all know what it is. If I could figure it out for myself, which I have tried to for countless hours, I wouldn't be here asking for help.
Can you access other samba share other then the router?Might be a router issue..
Have a read here
I am running version 5.4.5 of the YouTube Addon and it works perfectly but only up to 720p. I entered the settings and enabled MPEG-DASH, then clicked on "configure inputstream.adaptive". It tells me that it is not enabled and asks me if I want to enable it. I choose YES and then nothing happens. There is no window to configure inputstream.adaptive.
I was able to do this on my Windows 10 Desktop but not on either of my Intel NUC's running LE 8.2.0
What am I missing ?
Settings are in the youtube addon itself under general tab to change settings for inputstream..might depend if your youtube addon is not updated to handle inputstream yet..I m running v5.5.0 and working fine
Note:Don't think this is the right forum to ask about addons...so apologies if I m breaking any rules...
I have libreelec 8.1.1 and RPi.GPIO add-on is not in the repo. Can someone point me in the right direction?
I'm looking to write a couple scripts for fan and status led control, but can't seem to find anything useful in my searches.
I have an ODROID C2
Is this what you'r looking for? This is a project using rpi fan control with speed control and rgb led...
I m in no way an expert of gpio pins but don't think you can switch pin 4 with a script..that's connected to the pi power supply..so basically you r taking current direct from wall adaptor...
To control pins 2 and 4 you ll need to use a gpio and a relay or npn transistor...with that script you control the transistor to cut current from pin 4 by disconnecting pin 6 (Ground)
Control panel-turn windows features on or off and install it...From your libreelec browse to your shares and add sources...then change back to smb3
Go to system-services-smb client-maximum protocol version and change to smb 1...then you should be able to add your sources...
I'm going crazy over this as well.
I have windows 10 with my share folders upstairs with intel nuc with libreelec 8.2 downstairs. When I try to browse for samba shares it doesn't even see any. Not even libreelec's...
Is there an alternative to samba?
Try zeroconf instead of samba as a workaround till you get used how to use the new libreelec smb...you ll have to install Bonjour on your windows 10 tough
I also tried putting 8.02 into the update folder. The results seem the same. I couldn't seem to find the download for 8.01.
With the fixed image the box might struggle but it won't deadlock when opening the file. Don't expect miracles on an RPi2 though.
Well tried some samples and 720p are playing well but 1080 is still sruggling and cpu is between 95-100% and noticed some frames being skipped...Tried 3/17-18 from Samples
