Strange thing.
Gamestarter add-on on LibreELEC (official): 8.95.001 (Generic.x86_64).
Within Kodi both keyboard and ps3 gamepad works perfect.
Within Retroarch only keyboard works.
I navigated to set gamepad user bind, system asks me to enter a key, but does not recognize the ps3 gamepad
When disconnecting ps3 gamepad message states Device disconnected Port 0 .... controller not configured
can anybody help?
Did you try binding from Emulation Station instead of RA?

Probably a skin issue..what skin are you using?can you change skin and then back to the one you r using?

What kind of HDD do you have connected?is it taking power from the router or it's plugged separately?Probably the hdd is not getting enough power to spin properly from your router...I would start troubleshooting by copying the problematic movies to a usb stick and connect that to your router and try to play again..

Easy way use Keymap Editor Addon to find key id and map with that.

Yes! But I forgot this step:
"Before launching the addon, you can download full Lakka core package (RPi/Generic) in settings window"
Then I had to do some adjustments in audio and video outputs, and now is working fine. Even ES is doing well its job. The scraper is not working but that's another story. I will try AEL

Try this one for scraping from PC FastScraper...I scraped all my roms with it and works fine.

Hola! Antes de nada disculpa por no hablar en inglés, he visto en otro foro q hablas español, espero no incumplir ninguna norma.
Es una pena que el addon original este abandonado. He instalado el repo y desde ahí el retroarch... pero como se configura? No se abre a pantalla completa, viene sin ningún core activado y tiene muchísimos parámetros de configuración. Trasteando he conseguido cargar una ROM de snes, pero me ha costado lo suyo. Luego tb he instalado emulationstation. Me reconoce bien las roms pero no me abre ninguna, imagino que es algo que debo configurar en retroarch...
A todo esto uso un htpc con libreelec y arquitectura 64 bits. La última versión del addon (creo que fue la 2.9) me valdría para configurar retroarch, ES... Etc.?

Thanks Mario77 was working on this for a few days. that was the exact problem. hope this can help other people with no sound in retroarch.
In retroarch settings-audio- audio device enter hw:0,3 .thanks again really helpful Mario77

installed gamestarter no sound from retroarch. intalled reborn remix got sound from retroarch. installed older 8.2.5 with gamestarter no sound. like retroarch getting used to it got set device to alsa , using chromebox . help with sound please

I just go to file manager..look for your drive there..right click or whatever you do for context menu and choose ''Remove Safely".

Make sure changes are saved...you can edit from ES addon settings...PSP work fine on RPi 2

If that doesn't work I assume you might need to post the Retroarch logs instead of ES logs
