You will need an operating system with that card reader that can read/write EXT4 drives, because Windows is too dumb to understand Linux partitions. By default anyways. Any USB bootable 'live' Linux distro such as Ubuntu can do that for you.

Once running, you can do all the above in the live Linux distro with a couple of mouse clicks via the File Manager in the Linux distro.

It's possible that your movies are using outdated URLs for fanart/posters/etc. TMDB had quite a spring-cleaning in their database. Older fanart being replaced by new ones, and also replacing locations of some of them.

A full rescrape of your video collection could be a solution, versus manually refreshing every problem movie.

I don't see any video-related demands, so anything goes I guess. The RPi4 is the box with the most extensive support, so that would be the most logical replacement.

Where are you saving the playlists to? LibreELEC's storage folder should pose no file rights problems unless something on the SD card has been corrupted.

I'd say it would be quite weird "old" HDMI are not likely to affect aspect ratios.

@daniel235 Do not link large files like the LibreELEC disk image as an attachment. FYI, we already have that file.

Provide the debug log file instead, via a pastebin service.

Could be a faulty data cable. One or two small thread fractures are enough to have the disk controller or PC go apeshit.

Yeah... That setup is quite infested with what we call "banned add-ons". So we're not gonna touch that thing from anytime soon. Either you totally clean up your setup from all the types of video piracy enabling stuff that is on there, or you can find yourself some support away from the LibreELEC AND Kodi forums. I suggest you read the forum rules on both forums first.

As reference, find all the banned entries in orange in this summary: https://paste.kodi.tv/jamucojofe.kodi . I wouldn't be surprised if even more entries would fit those rules.

But as already indicated, double-check your profile settings for such notifications. Perhaps the current defaults are a bit .. enthusiastic.
